ភ្នំពេញៈ នៅសល់តែប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃទៀតប៉ុណ្ណោះ ពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ ពុទ្ធសករាជ (ព.ស) ២៥៥៧ គ្រឹស្តសករាជ (គ.ស) ២០១៣ នឹងឈានចូលមកដល់។ តាមប្រស្នារបស់ទេវតាឆ្នាំថ្មី ព្រះនាងធុង្សទេវី បុត្រីទី១ នៃកបិលមហាព្រហ្ម ដែលចូលមកថែរក្សាចក្រវាឡនេះ បានបង្ហាញឲ្យឃើញថា ឆ្នាំថ្មីនេះ ជាឆ្នាំដែល នាំមកនូវភាពសុខក្សេមក្សាន្ត សិរីសួស្តី សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិមានការកើនឡើងជាបណ្តាឆ្នាំមុនៗ តែទឹកវិញ នៅឆ្នាំនេះ ឡើងធំប្រហាក់ប្រហែលនឹងឆ្នាំ២០០០។

ប្រពៃណីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរនេះ មានតាំងពីយូរលង់ណាស់មកហើយ ហើយខ្ញុំក៏មិនឯកសារណាបញ្ជាក់ថា ចាប់ ផ្តើមឡើងក្នុងរជ្ជកាលក្សត្រអង្គណាដែរ តែខ្ញុំគ្រាន់តែដឹងថា ប្រពៃណីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរមានពីរដំណាក់កាលដោយ ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ប្រារព្ធតាមចន្ទគតិ (គឺគិតថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំតាមដំណើររបស់ព្រះចន្ទ) គឺការចូលឆ្នាំច្រើនធ្វើនៅខែមិគ សិរ ដែលជាខែទី១ នៃចន្ទគតិ និងដំណាក់កាលទី២ ប្រារព្ធតាម សុរិយគតិ (គិតថ្ងៃចូលសង្រ្កាន្តតាមរយៈដំណើរ របស់ផែនដីជុំវិញព្រះអាទិត្យ) ដែលយើងកំពុងប្រារព្ធធ្វើនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។ ការប្រារព្វពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំ តាម សុរិយគតិ បានធ្វើឡើងនៅក្នុងរជ្ជកាលព្រះបាទ បទុមសុរិយវង្ស នៅក្នុង ព.ស ១១៨៣ ត្រូវនឹង ស.គ ៦៣៩ ដោយព្រះអង្គ បទុមសូរិយាវង្ស បាននាំក្បួនខ្នាត គណនាថ្ងៃមហាសង្រ្កាន្តតាមសុរិយគតិពីប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា។ ការ ប្រារព្ធពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំនេះ ជាពិធីបុណ្យអបអរសាទរការឆ្លងឆ្នាំ ចាស់ផ្លាស់ចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ដូចទៅនឹងបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំ សកលរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតំបន់អឺរ៉ុបផងដែរ។

ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំគេសង្កេតឃើញថា ថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំ ឬចូលមហាសង្រ្កាន្ត ពោលគឺថ្ងៃដាច់ឆ្នាំចាស់ គម្រប់៣៦៥ថ្ងៃ តែង មានពេលវេលាខុសៗគ្នា ឆ្នាំខ្លះថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំ ចំពេលថ្ងៃ ឆ្នាំខ្លះទៀតចំពេលព្រឹក ពេលរសៀល ពេលល្ងាច ពេលយប់ ជាក់ ស្តែងនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៣នេះ ថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំ នឹង ឈានមកដល់នៅវេលាម៉ោង ២ និង១៤នាទីរំលងអាធ្រាត្រឈាន ចូលថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមេសា។ តើថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំហ្នឹងគេ កំណត់តាមវិធីណា ហើយមានរូបមន្តអ្វីមកគណនានោះ? 

នៅរជ្ជព្រះបាទបទុមសុរិយវង្ស ក្នុង គ.ស ៦៣៩ ថ្ងៃចូលសង្រ្កាន្តភាគច្រើន គឺនៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមីនា ដែលត្រូវនឹង ថ្ងៃប្រសូត្រ និងជាថ្ងៃឡើងគ្រងរាជរបស់ព្រះអង្គតែម្តង។ អ្វីដែលសំខាន់នោះ នៅថ្ងៃម៉ោងចូលសង្រ្កាន្តថ្ងៃទី ២១ ខែមីនា ហ្នឹង គឺព្រះអាទិត្យ ឬព្រះសុរិយាស្របចំពីលើក្បាល ហើយអ្វីជាតឹកតាំងកាន់តែច្បាស់នោះ យើងអាច មើលនៅលើកំពូលប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត នៅម៉ោងចូលមហាសង្រ្កាន្តនឹង គឺពន្លឺព្រះអាទិត្យដើរស្របចំពីលើកំពូល ប្រាសាទតែម្តង។ តែក្រោយៗ មកពេលវេលាបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទៅដំណើរគោចររបស់ផែនដីជុំវិញព្រះអាទិត្យ ក៏ចេះ តែប្តូរផ្លាស់មកដល់ ខែមេសា ដែលខែមេសានេះ គឺជាខែទី១ នៃសុរិយគតិ។
បើយើងនិយាយពីការគណនាមហាសង្រ្កាន្ត គឺនិយាយដល់ការធ្វើប្រតិទិន ទាល់តែមានប្រតិទិន ទើបអាចបង្កើត មហាសង្រ្កាន្តបាន។ ការចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីនេះ គឺយើងគណនាទៅលើដំណើររបស់ផែនដីដែលវិលជុំវិញព្រះអាទិត្យ ហើយ ថ្ងៃចូលមហាសង្រ្កាន្តនោះ គឺជាថ្ងៃគម្រប់ ៨.៧៦០ម៉ោង ៣៦៥ថ្ងៃ ១២ខែ ពោលគឺថ្ងៃដាច់ឆ្នាំចាស់ ផ្លាស់ចូលឆ្នាំ ថ្មី។
នៅក្នុងមហាសង្រ្កាន្តខ្មែរ បានចែកចេញជា៣ថ្ងៃ គឺថ្ងៃទី១ ថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំ ថ្ងៃនេះជាថ្ងៃដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងឆ្នាំចាស់នៅ ឡើយ នៅថ្ងៃទី២ គឺថ្ងៃវារៈវនប័ត ជាថ្ងៃខ្វាក់ ថ្ងៃគ្មានបានការ ថ្ងៃគ្មានគុណ ថ្ងៃគ្មានទោស ជាថ្ងៃស ថ្ងៃដែលគន្លង ព្រះផែនដីស្ថិតនៅស្របចំកណ្តាលព្រះអាទិត្យ ពោលគឹស្របលើគន្លងក្នុងឆ្នាំចាស់ និងឆ្នាំថ្មី ដោយឡែកនៅថ្ងៃទី៣  វារៈឡើងស័ក ជាថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះហើយតាមទំនៀបទម្លាប់ បើធ្វើពិធីសូត្រមន្តលើករាសី គេច្រើន ធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃនេះ ព្រោះរំដោះចោលឧបទ្រពឆ្នាំចាស់ និងនាំមកនូវលាភ និងសិរីសួស្តីសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំថ្មី។

ចំណុចគួរកត់សម្គាល់មួយទៀត គឺការគង់ និងផ្ទំបិទព្រះនេត្រលើគ្រុឌ ជាប្រស្នាថា នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំថ្មីនេះ ស្រុកទេស មានសិរីសួស្តី និងសុខក្សេមក្សាន្ត។ ការគង់លើកគ្រុឌ ក៏ជាប្រស្នាល្អមួយផងដែរ គឺប្រទេសជាតិអាចមានការវិនិ យោគ និងបណ្តាក់ទុនរកស៊ីកាន់តែច្រើន ជាពិសេសវិស័យទេសចរណ៍អាចមានការរីកចម្រើនច្រើន។
